"Potachos"

Ingredients
- 4 ounces kettle potato chips
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 small tomatoes, chopped
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 4 slices center-cut bacon, cooked, crumbled
- 1⁄4 cup sour cream
Directions
- Spread chips onto large microwaveable plate; top with cheese. Microwave on HIGH 1 to 2 minute or until cheese is melted.
- Top with remaining ingredients.
- Serve immediately. Substitute: frozen cottage fries (1/2 of 22-oz. pkg.), baked as directed on package, for the potato chips.
