Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup butter or 1⁄2 cup margarine
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 egg yolks
Directions
- In small saucepan, heat butter with lemon juice and salt until bubbly (do not let it boil).
- Add SLOWLY to egg yolks, beating constantly.
