Quick Wild Rice With Mushrooms

This is a way to fancy up leftover wild rice. Serve with breakfast, lunch or dinner!

Ingredients

  • 1 -2  tablespoon butter
  • 1  bunch green onion, sliced
  • 8  ounces  baby bella mushrooms, chopped
  • 4  slices  cooked bacon
  • 2  cups  cooked wild rice

  1. Sauté green onions and mushrooms in butter.
  2. Add bacon and wild rice, stirring until heated through.
