Quick wholemeal beer bread

I'm posting this recipe here so that I don't lose it! I haven't tried it but it seems worth trying. Can't get much easier. With a good stout or dark beer this could be extremely yummy. Originally from the kitchen of Rosemary Champion. Show more

  1. Sift flour and then mix well.
  2. Bake in an oven at 350 deg F for approx 40 minutes.
