Quick Wasabi Cream

Yields: 1 cup approx.
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 ounces wasabi powder
- 1⁄2 cup heavy cream
- 1 1⁄4 ounces sour cream
- 1⁄4 cup rice vinegar
- 1⁄4 cup water (to thin if necessary)
Directions
- I like to mix the creams and vinegar together first then whisk in the wasabi powder a little at a time to eliminate clumps.
- thin with water if needed.
- store in glass jar sealed in refridgerator until ready to use.
