Quick Wasabi Cream

Try with any fish or sushi or dried smoked salmon

• Yields: 1 cup approx.

Ingredients

• 1 1⁄2 ounces wasabi powder
• 1⁄2 cup heavy cream
• 1 1⁄4 ounces sour cream
• 1⁄4 cup rice vinegar
• 1⁄4 cup water (to thin if necessary)

Directions

1. I like to mix the creams and vinegar together first then whisk in the wasabi powder a little at a time to eliminate clumps.
2. thin with water if needed.
3. store in glass jar sealed in refridgerator until ready to use.
