Ingredients
- 1 beef bouillon cubes or 1 chicken
- 2⁄3 cup water
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground ginger (optional)
- 1 lb vegetables
Directions
- Stir fry vegetables.
- Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over vegetables, stirring until thick.
- Serve with rice or tortillas as desired.
