Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup unsweetened orange juice
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons wheat germ
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 dash nutmeg
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in blender and process until smooth and foamy or whisk with wire whisk until smooth and foamy.
- Serve.
