Quick Sponge Cake

Ingredients
- 200 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 200 g self raising flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 eggs
Directions
- cream butter and sugar.
- add rest of ingrediants.
- if you want a chocolate sponge flavour now - 2-3Tablespoons cocoa mixed with a little hot water.
- pour into 2 well greased round tins.
- bake 350f 25 mins.
- when the sponges have cooled fill with vanilla flavoured whipped cream and berries, put sponges together and pour over chocolate sauce.
