Quick, Simple & Good Banana, Cinnamon Oat Bran Muffins

This receipe is one I created to fill my need for something good and quick for breakfast. It makes a good snack during the day also. I eat two for breakfast every morning and they are even better the second day after baking. Can keep on the shelf for 5 days. Probably can be refrigerated or frozen but haven't done so. Show more
