Quick Salsa

With all the garden fresh produce, I've been on a salsa kick lately. I can make a meal out of chips and salsa. I threw in some bell peppers by mistake thinking they were jalapeno peppers, and I still really enjoyed this. I did add the jalapeno peppers too.   1. Cut tomatoes into pieces and cook to desired texture.
  2. Add peppers and onion (chopped).
  3. Crush garlic, and then add cilantro.
