Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup pasta (Boiled and Drained)
- 1⁄2 cup corn (boiled and drained)
- 1⁄2 cup peas (boiled and drained)
- 1 tomatoes (chopped without the seeds)
- 1⁄2 cup capsicum (green, or any color)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- salt
- 2 tablespoons olives (sliced) (optional)
- 2 tablespoons jalapenos (sliced) (optional)
- 2 tablespoons mozzarella cheese (shredded, or any other u like)
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients.
- toss well.
- serve chilled.
