Quick Oriental Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 1 lb beef or 1 lb chicken
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 (14 ounce) can chinese mixed vegetables or 1 (16 ounce) package frozen chinese mixed vegetables
- 10 3⁄4 ounces chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 7 ounces spaghetti, broken
- 3⁄4 teaspoon ginger
- 1⁄4 cup green onion (garnish)
Directions
- Brown meat with Garlic.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Heat to boiling.
- Reduce heat and cover.
- Simmer about 25 minutes.
- Serve immediately and garnish with Green Onions.
