Quick Orange Yogurt Coffee Cake

From a church cookbook I got at a Friends of the Library booksale

• Yields: 1 coffee cake

Ingredients

• 1  beaten egg
• 1 (8 1/2ounce) box  jiffy  cake mix, for a one layer cake
• 3  tablespoons sugar
• 1 (8 ounce) carton  orange flavored yogurt
• 1⁄2 cup raisins
• 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

1. In medium bowl, combine eggs and yogurt.
2. Add cake mix.
3. Stir until well combined.
4. Stir in raisins.
5. Pour batter into a greased 8x8x2 baking pan.
6. In small bowl, stir together sugar and cinnamon;.
7. Sprinkle evenly over batter in pan.
8. Bake in a 350 oven for 30 minutes or until cake tests done.
9. Cool on wire rack.
