Quick N Easy Crabmeat Bisque

So easy & so delicious....

Serves: 4-6

Ingredients

  • 1 (6 1/2ounce) can  crabmeat
  • 1 (10 1/2ounce) can  condensed cream of tomato soup
  • 1 (10 1/2ounce) can  condensed cream of pea soup
  • 1  cup  light cream
  • 13 cup sherry wine

Directions

  1. Flake crabmeat.
  2. Heat together with soups & cream. DO NOT BOIL.
  3. Stir in sherry.
  4. Reheat.
  5. Garnish with minced chives & souur cream.
