Quick N Easy Crabmeat Bisque

Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
- 1 (6 1/2ounce) can crabmeat
- 1 (10 1/2ounce) can condensed cream of tomato soup
- 1 (10 1/2ounce) can condensed cream of pea soup
- 1 cup light cream
- 1⁄3 cup sherry wine
Directions
- Flake crabmeat.
- Heat together with soups & cream. DO NOT BOIL.
- Stir in sherry.
- Reheat.
- Garnish with minced chives & souur cream.
