Quick Marinara Pasta

This is from the label off a can of Ardmona Rich & Thick Chopped Tomatoes with Roasted Capsicum. If you can't get those, I suggest using a can of regular chopped tomatoes, and adding a couple of tablespoons of tomato paste, and a little chopped roasted capsicum :) Show more

  1. Hea olive oil in large frying pan, fry finely chopped red onion, garlic, and red chilli flakes, for 4-5 minutes.
  2. Stir in can of tomatoes (and tomato paste & capsicum if needed), and water.
  3. Add seafood.
  4. Simmer for 5-10 minutes until tender.
  5. Add salt to taste.
  6. Serve over cookedspaghetti.
  7. Garnish with parsley.
