Quick Mango Ice Cream from the Middle East Shop

This uses Best brand mango juice & Puck Cream that comes in a small can with a flower on it.

Ingredients

  • 1 (6 ounce) can  plain puck brand  cream (It's Danish yet I find it in Middle Eastern shops)
  • 2  cups  best brand  mango juice
  • 34 cup white sugar

Directions

  1. Whisk all ingredients together until no cream bits remain.
  2. Pour into ice cream maker and finish as per ice cream maker's instructions.
  3. Enjoy!
