Quick Lemon Garlic Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 pieces chicken, maryland
- 1⁄3 cup lemon juice
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 60 g melted butter
- 1 teaspoon ground smoked paprika
- ground black pepper
Directions
- Place chicken in roasting dish.
- Mix lemon juice, crushed garlic, melted butter, paprika and black pepper in a bowl.
- Pour over chicken.
- Refridgerate several hours or overnight.
- Preheat oven to 180 C (350 F).
- Cook 1 hour basting ocssionaly.
