Ingredients

•  vegetable oil
• 1 (8 1/2ounce) box  corn muffin mix
• 1  cup  pancake mix
• 1 (14 ounce) can  cream-style corn
• 3  tablespoons  chopped green onions

Directions

1. heat oil in deep saucepan to 375 degrees.
2. In a large bowl, combine muffin mix, pancake mix and corn. Stir in onion.
3. Drop tablespoons of dough into hot oil. Fry 2-4 minutes until golden brown.
4. Place cooked hush puppies on a plate covered with paper towels to drain.
