Quick Honey Zucchini Bread

I found this in the "Favorite Brand Names: Gifts From the Kitchen" cookbook and I am posting for safekeeping. It is from the National Honey Board. The search is showing me every kind of pumpkin recipe but bread, so I hope this isn't a duplicate. Show more

Directions

  1. Beat egg in large bowl. Add honey, oil and vanilla; mix well.
  2. Combine flour, baking powder, orange peel, baking soda, ginger and salt in medium bowl.
  3. Add flour mixture, zucchini and sunflower seeds to honey mixture; mix until blended.
  4. Spoon batter into greased 9x5x3" loaf pan. Bake at 325 about 1 hour or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean.
  5. Cool 10 minutes in pan; remove from pan and cool completely.
