Quick Green Goddess Dip

This cool, creamy dip whips up in just 15 minutes with sour cream, mayo and lots of flavorful fresh herbs! You can also make this a pesto dip by using a combination of fresh basil and parsley, and substituting cider vinegar for the rice vinegar. Prep times does not include chilling time. Show more

  1. In blender, process sour cream, herbs, mayonnaise, water, vinegar, salt and cayenne until smooth and pale green. Cut cream cheese into chunks; add to blender, one at a time, processing until smooth.
  2. Transfer mixture to serving bowl. Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Serve with vegetables, crackers or dips.
