Quick Green Bean Pate

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1⁄2 cups onions, chopped
- 3⁄4 cup raw cashews, soaked
- 1 cup green beans, fresh or 1 cup green beans, frozen
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Combine ingredients in food processor.
- Puree until smooth.
- Store in the fridge until needed, and bring to room temperature before serving for best results.
- Spread over whole wheat crackers and enjoy!
