Quick Fruitcake

Ingredients
- 1 (15 5/8ounce) package quick bread mix (I chose cranberry)
- 1⁄2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup raisins or 1⁄2 cup dates, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup maraschino cherry, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup crushed pineapple, drained
Directions
- Prepare quick bread batter according to package directions.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Pour into a greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
- Bake at 350 for 55-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
- Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to wire rack.
