Quick & Easy Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
For Cake
- 6 ounces self-raising flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3⁄4 ounce cocoa
- 2 ounces ground almonds
- 6 ounces caster sugar
- 6 ounces margarine
- 3 eggs
For Filling
- 2 ounces butter
- 2 ounces icing sugar
- 1 ounce cocoa
Directions
- For Cake:.
- Throw everything in a bowl.
- Beat with mixer for 1 minute.
- Divide into 2 tins.
- Cook at 140 degrees C for 25-30 minutes.
- For Filling:.
- Throw everything in a bowl.
- Mix until fluffy.
- Spread between cakes.
