Quick Easy Cheese Fondue for 2 or for Kids

Ingredients
- 1 (12 ounce) can condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or 1 cup swiss cheese (about 4 ounces) or 1 cup parmesan cheese (about 4 ounces)
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1⁄8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 dash hot sauce
- dippers
- crouton
- French bread
- toast, stick
- cooked chicken or turkey
- hot dog
- ham
- lunch meat
- cooked shrimp
- cooked asparagus
- cooked broccoli
- cooked Brussels sprout
- cauliflower
- celery
- stuffed olives
- green onion
- green pepper
- cherry tomatoes
Directions
- In fondue pot, saucepan or chafing dish, heat soup and cheese over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted. Stir in onion, garlic powder and red pepper sauce. Serve with three or more of the dippers, cut into bite-size pieces if necessary. If fondue becomes too thick, stir in small amount of white wine or beer. Dip with wooden skewers.
