Quick & Creamy Potato Soup

Adopted from a Kraft cookbook, a simple potato soup to try....

  1. Cook bacon & onions in 3-qt saucepan. Drain & remove.
  2. Add water to saucepan; bring to boil. Add potatoes.
  3. Simmer over med heat 18 minute.
  4. Stir in the sauce mix that comes with the potatoes, milk, parsely, pepper, bacon and onions.
  5. Simmer for 4-5 more minutes; uses spoon or spatula to chop potato pieces while stirring.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onion if desired.
