Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans
- 1⁄2 cup sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon light cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Directions
- Mix beans, sesame seeds, lemon juice, cream cheese, olive oil, and garlic in a blender or food processor.
- Scoop out and sprinkle with paprika.
- Drizzle some olive oil over it for a more elegant effect.
