Ingredients

  • 8  ounces fettuccine, cooked & drained
  • 12 cup onion, chopped
  • 2  medium zucchini, sliced
  • 2  tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 (10 1/2ounce) container  neufchatel cheese, garlic & herb
  • 12 cup skim milk
  • 1  cup tomatoes, chopped and seeded

Directions

  1. Saute onion & zucchini till tender.
  2. Add cheese & milk and stir till heated.
  3. Add tomato.
  4. Serve over pasta.
