Quick Corn Relish

Yields: 1 2/3 cup
Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons minced onions
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1⁄4 teaspoon celery seed
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 cup cider vinegar
- 1 (12 ounce) can mexicorn, drained
Directions
- In small saucepan, combine all ingredients EXCEPT corn.
- Bring to a boil.
- Stir in corn, and simmer 10 minutes.
- Spoon into bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate till chilled.
