Quick Cookies

I've made these for years, especially at Christmas. Everyone likes them. They are very rich though, so cut them into small bars.

• Ready In: 40 mins
• Yields: 12 cookies

Ingredients

• 2 1⁄2 cups graham cracker crumbs
• 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
• 6  ounces chocolate chips (can be made with any other flavor chip also)

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Mix all ingredients together. (Will be a sticky mass).
3. Press into a 9 x 9-inch baking pan.
4. Bake for 35 minutes.
5. Cool and cut into bars.
