  1. Brown ground beef & onion. Drain.
  2. Add chili powder & cumin, stir 1 minute.
  3. Put tomatoes, beans and salsa in a large pot.
  4. Add ground beef mixture.
  5. Bring to a boil then simmer 25 minutes.
