Quick Chicken Divan Casserole

Found this in a magazine and had to try it. Delish! It's super simple, and it's a great way to get your kids (and picky spouses) to eat their broccoli. Also, it's lower in carbs for those watching their diet. Show more

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Place chicken in greased shallow casserole dish.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Add broccoli.
  5. In a bowl, combine soup, mayo, milk and 1 1/2 cups cheese.
  6. Pour over chicken and broccoli.
  7. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  8. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
