  1. Spray large skillet with cooking spray; add onion and garlic and saute until tender, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add chili powder, cumin and tomatoes. Simmer 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in chicken and beans. Cook until heated through, about 5 minutes.
  4. Serve sprinkled with tortilla chips.
