Quick Cherry Tomato and Pesto Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons pesto sauce
- 3 tablespoons pine nuts
- 2 garlic cloves, slivered
Directions
- Toss tomatoes with 2 teaspoons of the oil, salt and pepper. Transfer to a baking sheet and roast at 450 for 12 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside.
- Place dough on lightly floured work surface and roll out to ¼ inch thickness.
- Using fork, dot dough with small holes. Place on pizza pan.
- In a small bowl, combine remaining oil with pesto and spread over pizza crust.
- Top with pine nuts, garlic and roasted tomatoes. Bake 15-20 minutes.
