Quick Caramel Frosting

Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1⁄3 cup evaporated milk
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions
- In a saucepan over low heat, heat butter and brown sugar, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in evaporated milk.
- Cool slightly.
- Gradually, add powdered sugar and vanilla.
- Beat till a soft spreading consistency.
