Ingredients
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1⁄2 cup orange juice
- 1 egg
- 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla
- tiny pinch kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar (to taste)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a large glass and whisk.
- OR combine all ingredients in a blender and process until frothy.
