Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1⁄2 cup bran flakes
- 3⁄4 cup skim milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 cup honey
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400. Combine all ingredients in bowl; mix well. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake for 15 minutes. Makes 12.
