  1. Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees.
  2. In a mixing bowl add Diced Shrimp, 10 ounce can Tomatoes with chilies that have been drained and shredded Monterrey Jack Cheese. Mix well.
  3. Lay out the 4 tortillas and divide the Shrimp mixture between them.
  4. Roll up the tortillas and place in casserole. Divide the Green Chili Salsa over the rolled Tortillas.
  5. Place casserole in preheated 350 degree oven until Enchiladas are turning golden.
