Quick and Easy Sausage Pie, Bisquick

Breakfast so fast , mix, bake and serve. Can be baked in loaf style casserole, or pie plate.

Ingredients

• 4  sausage patties, cooked and diced
• 1  cup cheddar cheese, shredded
• 1⁄3 cup onion, chopped
• 3⁄4 cup  original Bisquick baking mix
• 1 1⁄2 cups nonfat milk
• 3  eggs
• 2  tablespoons water

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Grease casserole dish. Sprinkle sausage, cheese and onion into casserole.
3. In medium bowl, beat remaining ingredients until well mixed, pour into casserole.
4. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
5. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
