Quick and Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

I needed to make cookies but wanted it to be quicker. I found this recipe using a cookie mix from 101 Things To Do With a Cake Mix. Pretty impressive...Serving size is estimated.

Ingredients

• 15 1⁄4 ounces  yellow cake mix
• 2  eggs
• 1⁄3 cup  oil
• 3⁄4 cup crunchy peanut butter
•  sugar

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Mix together cake mix, eggs, and oil until powder is completely dissolved into dough. Stir in peanut butter.
3. Drop balls of dough into a small bowl of sugar, then place on a greased cookie sheet.
4. Press fork horizontally and then vertically across each ball to flatten.
5. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden. Remove from pan and cool.
