Quick and Easy Mushroom & Onion Sauce

Minimal ingredients and quick prep! Good over beef or chicken or mashed potatoes.

  1. Heat a large skillet on medium heat. Melt butter and add mushrooms. Cook until golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.
  2. Add ketchup, soup, pepper, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and whisk to combine.
  3. Add corn starch to water and stir to combine. Bring sauce to a boil and whisk in your water and corn starch mixture until desired thickness.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool for 10 minutes.
