Quick and Easy Hamburger Curry

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1⁄4 cup onion
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1⁄4-1⁄2 lb extra lean ground beef
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons curry powder (or more, to taste)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 1 dash ginger
- 1 dash turmeric
- 1 cup tomato juice (or 1 cup canned tomatoes)
- 1⁄2 cup potato, peeled and diced
- 1 cup green beans (fresh, frozen or canned)
Directions
- Heat oil in skillet.
- Saute onion and garlic.
- Add ground beef.
- Brown.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Cover and simmer 25 minutes.
- Serve with rice.
