  1. Preheat oven to 375. Grease 13x9 inch pan.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, flour, and baking soda. Set aside.
  3. Combine melted butter and brown sugar, stir in eggs, water, and vanilla.
  4. Gradually add flour, mix well.
  5. Stir in 1 cup chocolate chips and nuts.
  6. Spread evenly in pan.
  7. Bake at 375 for 16-18 minutes or until very lightly browned; remove from oven.
  8. Immediately sprinkle remaining 1 cup chocolate chips over warm surface.
  9. Let stand until chips soften; spread evenly.
  10. Cool completely, cut into bars.
