Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup flour
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups fruit, fresh, frozen, or canned (drained)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine sugar, flour, milk, baking powder and salt in bowl.
- Pour into greased 9"x9" baking pan.
- Add fruit.
- Bake 40 minutes.
