Quick Aioli

Yields: 1 cups
Ingredients
- 1 egg yolk
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons garlic, minced
Directions
- Add the egg yolk, mustard, salt and lemon juice to the bowl of a food processor.
- With the processor running, slowly add the olive oil.
- Add the garlic and pulse a few times.
- Use immediately or refrigerate.
