This is a simple basic Quiche from Vicki. The meat can be cooked the previous day to shorten the prep time. Ham or Bacon can be substituted for the Sausage. Show more

Directions

  1. Mix Eggs, Milk, Flour, Salt & Pepper in blender.
  2. Add Onion & Swiss cheese & blend to chop.
  3. Sprinkle Meat on uncooked Pie shell.
  4. Pour Blended Mixture over Meat.
  5. Bake 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
  6. Let rest 15 minutes before cutting.
