Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oatmeal

Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups milk
- 1⁄2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 3⁄4 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 1⁄2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1⁄4 cup maple syrup or 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
Directions
- Combine all ingredients. Put the oatmeal in half-pint jars and store in the fridge overnight.
- Top with extra pumpkin seeds.
