  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Line muffin tins with papers.
  3. Mix dry ingredients.
  4. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix well, add a little water if too thick.
  5. Fold in dates.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until done.
