Pumpkin Spice Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 ounce)  spice cake mix
  • 3  eggs
  • 1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin
  • 12 cup water
  • 12 cup  vegetable oil
  • 1 (8 ounce) package pudding, vanilla
  • 1  teaspoon cinnamon
  • 12 cup  nuts, chopped

Directions

  1. Combine cake mix, eggs, pumpkin, water, oil, pudding and cinnamon. Beat at medium speed for 5 minutes. Grease and flour 9X12 pan.
  2. Pour batter in pan and bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes.
  3. When cool, frost with your favorite cream cheese icing and sprinkle with nuts.
