Pumpkin Spice Blossoms

Ingredients

• 3  cups all-purpose flour
• 3⁄4 cup light brown sugar, packed
• 1⁄2 cup granulated sugar
• 1  cup pumpkin puree
• 2  teaspoons cinnamon
• 1⁄2 teaspoon allspice
• 3⁄4 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cloves
• 1  teaspoon vanilla
• 2  teaspoons baking powder
• 1  teaspoon baking soda
• 2  eggs
• 1⁄2 cup butter
• 30 -40  hershey's pumpkin spice  white chocolate kisses

Directions

1. cream sugars, butter and eggs, add pumpkin and blend well.
2. incorporate dry ingredients into mix and chill for 1-2 hours.
3. drop by heaping teaspoons onto un-greased cookie sheets.
4. bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes, where color is just beginning to darken.
5. pull from oven and push a kiss lightly down onto the center of the cookie – don’t press too hard – these kisses melt easily and will adhere to the cookie from the heat of the cookie itself.

7. transfer to wire racks to cool.
