- Combine pumpkin, sugar, salt and spices; stir in eggs.
- Add milk and mix well.
- Combine rice and raisins to the mixture and stir together. Pour the mixture into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish and place in a pan of water.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes, or until set in the middle.
- Cool completely and top with whipped topping.
